Careers at UpLift Physical Therapy
Join San Antonio’s largest pelvic health practice—no insurance battles, no mills. Just meaningful care, expert mentorship, and careers that last.
We’re Growing — And We Want You to Grow With Us
UpLift Physical Therapy and Performance isn’t your typical PT clinic. If you’re searching for physical therapy jobs in San Antonio that offer real clinical depth and work-life balance, you’ve found the right place. We’re a private-pay practice built on the belief that both our patients and our team deserve better. Better care. Better outcomes.
With two thriving San Antonio locations (Central Airport and UTSA/La Cantera), we’ve built a reputation for exceptional pelvic health care—and a team culture where PTs actually want to stay.
One-on-One Care
Hour-long patient sessions mean you can actually connect and deliver the quality care you became a PT to provide. No mill. No burnout. Just meaningful clinical work.
No Insurance Hassles
Private-pay practice means focusing on patient outcomes, not paperwork and pre-auths. No notes coming home at night—we use AI note-taking tools to streamline documentation.
Expert Mentorship
Structured mentorship from our team in complex pelvic floor, lymphatic drainage, male pelvic, ortho, and cancer rehab who are passionate about supporting your growth.
Transparent Leadership
Open communication, clear expectations, and a voice in practice decisions. We value your input on everything from service offerings to practice growth. No corporate bureaucracy—just direct dialogue with leadership who listens.
Room to Grow
Whether you’re expanding into pelvic health, pursuing certifications, or developing leadership skills—we invest in your development as our practice and opportunities expand. Two locations mean more mentorship, and paths for advancement.
Competitive Compensation
Strong base salary with achievable performance bonuses, 401(k) matching, Continuing Education reimbursement, short-term disability, and expanding benefits. We’re constantly investing in ways to better support and reward our team.

Current Opportunities
Explore our open positions below. Don’t see an exact match? Submit your info or reach out at support@upliftptp.com—we’re always looking for talented people to join our growing team.
UpLift is the largest specialty pelvic health practice in San Antonio, and we’re growing. 2 clinics, 8 pelvic health PTs, more than 1,500 patients treated since 2022, and 288+ five-star Google reviews. We’re adding one more PT at our Central Airport location, and we built this role two ways: for an orthopedic PT ready to grow into pelvic health, and for an experienced pelvic floor PT who’s tired of fighting insurance to do good work.
What your day looks like
One patient, one hour, one-on-one. No double-booking. No productivity quota. No prior authorizations, no visit caps, no fighting a payer for the care your patient needs. We’re cash-pay, so the plan of care is built around the patient and the evidence, not around what insurance will reimburse. If you got into this field to treat people and you’re spending half your energy on denials and billing notes, this is the practice you’ve been looking for.
Why the work matters
Too many people get told to just live with pelvic floor dysfunction and shrink their lives around it. We refuse to write people off. We help women and men get back to lifting heavy, chasing their kids, and trusting their bodies again. The population is underserved, the cases move people, and nothing here is cookie-cutter.
If you’re coming from ortho
You won’t be dropped into pelvic health and left to figure it out. Our clinical mentorship is structured: shadowing, case reviews, and hands-on guidance from a team of 8 pelvic health PTs who like to teach. You start with cases that match your current level and build from there.
What you’ll do
- Deliver one-on-one, hour-long sessions with no double-booking and no rushing
- Build long-term relationships with a diverse patient population, including men, who are chronically underserved in this specialty
- Work complex cases alongside a tight-knit pelvic health team
- Grow through CEU reimbursement and in-house mentorship
What we’re looking for
- Licensed PT in Texas, or license-eligible
- Orthopedic experience preferred
- Pelvic health experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Available 20-40 hours per week
- Strong patient engagement and communication
- Comfortable across diverse populations and age groups
- A self-starter who also likes working as part of a team
What you’ll earn
- $80,000 to $105,000 with performance bonuses
- 401(k) with matching
- CEU reimbursement and professional development support
- Short-term disability
- Flexible scheduling
Male pelvic health is barely on the map in most of this country, and it’s almost invisible in San Antonio. UpLift is one of the only practices in the city that treats men, and it’s already a real part of what we do. Roughly 25% of our caseload is male patients. We’re the largest specialty pelvic health practice in San Antonio: 2 clinics, 8 pelvic health PTs, more than 1,500 patients treated since 2022, and 288+ five-star Google reviews. We’re adding a PT at our Central Airport or La Cantera location to take on and grow that male caseload.
Who you’ll treat
This role is built around our male patients, and the caseload is already here. Men recovering from prostate surgery. Men living with chronic pelvic pain that three other providers waved off. Men dealing with incontinence who were told it’s just how it is now. These patients get dismissed everywhere else, and they arrive relieved to find a practice that knows the anatomy, respects how sensitive the work is, and has an actual plan. You’ll also treat across the broader pelvic health population, so no two cases look the same, but the men’s caseload is the heart of this position.

You start with cases that match your current level and build from there, moving into the men’s caseload as your skill and comfort grow.
What you’ll do

- Grow through CEU reimbursement and in-house mentorship
What we’re looking for
